The BT-FIX Adjustable Fiber Loop for Attachable Button System is an implant that can be used for cortical fixation with SMARTFIX Tibial base plate over the cortical bone. The BT-FIX Adjustable loop can be used for the tibial fixation in all inside ACL-PCL Reconstruction technique.
The slotted holes of SMARTFIX Tibial base plate can be loaded over the buttonless BT-FIX Adjustable Fiber loop. During procedure, the adjustable loop of the system is passed through the narrow tunnel and the SMARTFIX remains on the cortex which maximizes button to bone contact. The system provides the knotless locking mechanism for strong and stiff graft fixation.
